The chapel at Wibtoft is something of an anomaly. Together with the church at Claybrooke Parva it forms the ecclesiastical parish of Claybrooke with Wibtoft in the Diocese of Leicester The Wibtoft chapel is however located in the civil county of Warwickshire.
At the 2001 census the hamlet had a population of around 50 persons.
Services are held at the chapel on a monthly basis.
